I really can't believe I have no school for 2 months. After a year of hard working I could say I deserve a break, but it's so strange I have nothing to do. Well, nothing to do for school. I already have plans for the first two weeks of my vacation: have lunch with friends, going to a fashion event with a friend (will blog about it after visit) and a lot more....like cleaning my room haha. Really, I had no time to do anything about it (confession: I could barely walk to my bed).

My closet is filled with clothes from all kind of places, from places all over the world. I love to shop. It doesn't matter where and when. I always could find something that suits me. So I shop at men's departments, children/s departments and shops for grandma's too. This blouse I bought at a shop for old ladies :) and at the same day I bought a pair of shorts at the children's department fom Zara.

Remember I told you in my previous post that I had a special reason to visit Paris? I will tell you the reason now. Perhaps you already had an idea by the title. But I don’t mind to tell you the reason once again. I went to Paris to buy MY FIRST PAIR OF LOUBOUTIN SHOES!! I know...it’s kind of crazy, but I always said I wanted to buy my very first pair of louboutins in Paris. Want to hear the whole story?

January 31 2011

06.45: time to wake up! The first thing that gets into my mind is LOUBOUTIN! Today is the day I was longing for and dreamt about for months. Today I’m going to Paris to buy my dream shoes!

07:33-08:10 from Deventer to Rotterdam

08:58-11:05 from Rotterdam to Paris

11:40 I’m standing in front of the first Louboutin shop. The shop looks amazing! The windows are stunning. I feel 6 again, like standing in front of a candy shop. All the bright colors and red soles. Oooh, I will be an owner of a pair in like 15 minutes!

11:45 I have red soles under my feet!

11:46 BUT THE SHOES ARE TOO BIG!

11:53 OH NO! They don’t have the decollete in my size anymore. What will happen now? Okay, stay cool I say to myself. The girl of the shop is going to check the other shops. Fingers crossed, I hope for the best.

12:05: She checked all the shops and says to me:"The system says there is a pair in the rue de grenelle shop in St. Germain des Pres. BUT...I can’t guarantee they really have it. I’m sorry." Me:"Ooh, that’s okay. I will go to the shop....NOW!"

12: 45: After the metro ride, running and searching; I finally made it to the shop. I ran inside and gave the salesman the card with my request. "Aah, you want it in black?" He asks. "OUI!" I answer him. 3 minutes later he comes with a box and then I knew:"yes, there they are. MY pair of shoes!" I tried them and I felt so feminine and sexy....WOW! Thoughts like "I’m wearing my first pair of LOUBOUTINS! My dream shoes! This time it’s for real, I’m not dreaming! It’s a dream come true!!" were running through my head. After saving money and dreaming for months, I finally got my dream shoes. It was worth waiting, saving and dreaming for.

p.s. of course I bought some other things. Will make another post about that this weekend!
